Loading Machine for Melting Furnace

Loading machine for charging an aluminum melting furnace with aluminum scrap.
The loading bay of the Loading Machine is filled using suitable mobile equipment, up to a maximum weight of 5 tons and up to a volume not exceeding the volume of the bay itself. The scrap must not protrude from the edges of the loading bay.
The entire machine moves on rails until it reaches a preset position in front of the furnace door; the loading bay lifts and then enters inside the melting furnace to deposit the scrap inside.
To prevent the escape of combustion fumes, the Loading Machine is equipped with a retractable hood that, during the scrap unloading phase, seals against the profile of the furnace’s extraction hood.
