Moxy Verona

A new project also carried out by Alfa Automation

Following the success of the facade implementation for the MOXY in Linate, we had the pleasure of also carrying out the second facade for a MOXY in Italy, contributing to the construction of the new MOXY Hotel in Verona with a high-level technical and architectural intervention.

The work we performed involved various phases and structures of the building:

• Stoneware ventilated facade: applied onto a previously installed supporting substructure, ensuring a modern look and long-lasting durability.
• Painted sheet metal window reveals: custom-made to ensure a clean, durable, and aesthetically consistent finish with the facade cladding.
• Hot-dip galvanized structural supports: designed and built to safely support the AHU (Air Handling Unit) machines positioned on the roof.
• Utility crossovers: installed to allow for the orderly and functional passage of technical systems related to the air handling units.
• “Dog Kennel” structure: a construction on the top floor of the building, made with insulated paneling and complete with roofing, intended for the protected passage of utility systems.
• Electrical cabin enclosure: made of expanded aluminum mesh, designed to ensure protection and style.
• Rooftop privacy screens: also made of expanded metal, serving both an aesthetic and technical function to screen and finish the exposed utility elements.

A project that perfectly represents our ability to tackle complex projects by integrating aesthetics, efficiency, and precise execution.
