We have had the privilege of contributing to numerous projects, including structural works, urban furniture, and architectural elements, at the Scalo Milano Outlet.
The company managed the entire process, from 3D scanner surveying to the creation of working drawings, through to the fabrication of the elements and on-site installation.
The entire project was carried out in compliance with CAM (Criteri Ambientali Minimi – Minimum Environmental Criteria) regulations.
01.
Co-working
The structure was fabricated to execution class EXC3 with a total weight of 103 tons. It underwent hot-dip galvanizing treatment and received an intumescent coating to ensure optimal resistance and safety.
02.
Bridge
The structure was fabricated to execution class EXC3 with a total weight of 71 tons. It underwent hot-dip galvanizing treatment and painting to ensure long-lasting protection against weathering.
03.
Slat Facades
The facade consists of a load-bearing substructure treated with the Triplex system, onto which wood-effect sublimated aluminum tubular slats were applied. The surface area covers 1500 sqm, with each element custom-made to create a dynamic effect that distinguishes and characterizes the entire building.

Fascias
Following a 3D survey, 255 sqm of curved and shaped Alucobond fascias were fabricated, used as decorative and finishing elements for the interior of the shopping center.
05.
Curved Railings
Thanks to a 3D scanner survey, 900 meters of custom curved, powder-coated steel railings, complete with stainless steel handrails, were designed and fabricated for an elegant and functional result.
06.
Fencing and Gates
We fabricated 200 meters of painted aluminum fencing, 10 steel gates with Triplex treatment, and 1 motorized sectional aluminum gate with custom dimensions (7.5 x 3.5 m), all characterized by robustness and elegance.
07.
Planters
130 linear meters of 60×60 section planters (17 tons) and 50 sqm of custom shaped planters (4 tons) were produced. The shaped planters were clad with wooden slats, creating elegant seating perfectly integrated with the surrounding furnishing elements.
